Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private swimming pool has a southerly rear aspect, and overlooks a canal that is frequented by the fabulous Florida wildlife. Located in the delightful community of Rotonda West just a short drive from the beach side town of Englewood on the Cape Haze peninsula South West Florida, often referred to as "Florida's Best Kept Secret".Englewood and the Cape Haze peninsula still offers the Old Florida with mile upon mile of uncrowded sandy beaches, excellent fishing and boating facilities, spectacular golf courses, great restaurants, unique shopping and offers the perfect location for you and your family to totally unwind and relax.Our regular repeat guests love our home because of the living area which includes a den and a family room as well as a formal living area. There is a room for everyone! Our home is extremely well stocked and the kitchen has everything you could need during your stay including plastic glasses and plates for use outdoors. The large windows let in plenty of sunshine and the mainly tiled floors help to keep Sunset Hideaway cool, even in the hottest weather. There is a large table on the lanai with 6 chairs and 4 very comfortable sun loungers. We have 2 bicycles for the energetic and the local area has some very good bike trails as well as active cycle clubs. We offer WiFi access to our guests and a top notch inexpensive golf programme. Our home contains a comprehensive up to date in-house guide which is full of information about the house and the local area. It will help to make sure that you enjoy to the maximum a holiday spent in our lovely home. The 5 Rotonda Golf Courses are very close and offer a good range of different challenges. We offer a 'Golf Scoop' promotion where for a $50 admin fee in low season and $50 admin plus $50 per person, per week in high season, 2 guests can play unlimited golf on 5 of the Rotonda courses.
