THE HOUSE
Our quiet 3 Bedroom air conditioned home with 3 ensuite Bathrooms sleeps 6 adults comfortably, although use of the "sleeper sofa/sofabed" in the Living Room accommodates 8 adults.
It includes a large living room & dining area with cable tv, dvd/cd player, telephone, fully equipped kitchen & laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bedrooms comprise two Masters (one King, one Queen) & one twin with 2 single beds.
The first Master bedroom has a balcony & walk-in wardrobe.
ALL bedrooms have their OWN private ensuite bathroom with "supersize" bath & double wardrobes.
All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra luxury & comfort!
THE RESORT
The beauty of our property is that it is located within the private Resort of "Regal Palms" with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a 2 acre Tropical Swimming Pool Complex with 2 heated pools, heated Jacuzzi/spa (a hot as a bath), waterfalls, waterslide, "lazy river", extensive sun bathing terraces, and poolside patio with waiter service etc.
In addition, there is a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Games Room, Sports Bar (with satellite TV) and Internet Cafe with 4 work stations and free internet connection.
Feel like being pampered? Then why not relax in the indoor heated Jacuzzi/Spa (as hot as a bath!), or try a work out in the Gym, or relax in the Sauna, Steam Room, or Health Centre (for massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, multi jet exhilerating power shower, yoga & aerobics classes), or try the spray tanning room for that "all-over" tan you never had time for?

I have been renting apartments whenever we go out of the country for a family vacation. However, this time around, Simon was perfect from the start right until we left his 4 bedroom villa.He started out by being prompt in answering emails and honest when asked.The pictures presented in his site were actually true to its form. The apartment was so pristine and clean. We were in this villa from March 30 until April 6, 2010. After renting out a car, everything seemed so near. There is a Walmart Super Center just south of US Highway 27 around 5 minutes drive.He even gave shortcuts going out to the different theme parks. The complex is fabulous as is the town house. The water slide and lazy river were a big hit with everyone (young and old). Just to let you know that we had a thoroughly great time, and that your house was an absolute pleasure. The staff there are really friendly and helpful and the facilities were brilliant. The kids loved starting and finishing the day in the truly heated pool. We have many developments here in southern Spain just like where your house is located and I was happy to discover that yours is finished off just as tastefully and run even more efficiently! We would love to use your house again and will be in touch as soon as we´ve looked at taking another holiday. I would highly recommend my friends and family book through yourself too since the difference between staying somewhere like yours - even comparing to a higher class hotel - is tremendous. It was a pleasure settling down watching tv after a very busy day, with the kids sleeping upstairs. This gives the parents a little unwinding time too, which is great for everybody. "What can I say other than we had a fantastic time...the house was fab. We found it very homely and comfortable with plenty of space. Much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. We loved the pool on the days we decided to have a day off and stay at home. We used the Clubhouse a few time to eat. The quality and portion size of the food was good.
