Built in late 2005 and newly refurbished in 2008 this luxury five-bedroom/three bathroom villa is ideally suited for a family holiday. It located at the premier gated community of Sunset Ridge, Davenport, Orlando, close to the theme parks but far enough away to provide a quiet, relaxing retreat after a fun packed day.
The interior of the villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and has facilities to suit all the family, to include:

It is in a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being at the intersection of Hwy.27 and the
I-4. There are several high profile shops and restaurants close by which is being enhanced with the continued development of Posner Park in 2008/09. Disney is only a 15-minute drive away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Magic Kingdom and other attractions are all close by. There are also over 20 challenging golf courses within a short drive away.
The Gulf coast to the West with St. Petersburgh, Treasure Island and Tampa are only one hour away.
Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and the Atlantic side are also only an hour away to the East.
