Great rental! The location was convenient to all sorts of stores and restaurants. There was not much traffic between the house and the parks (we tried to get there early most days and stayed late). There were plenty of restaurants on the way home to stop either for dining or to pick up some food to take home. We appreciated the clean house, game room with pool table, games in the house, spacious master room and bath, and especially the pool. When not at the park, the children had a blast in the pool. The pool area is a pleasant place for supervising as well. The kitchen is nice, bright, open and airy. Overall, this is a wonderful rental.

where to find a Christmas tree and
decorations, a really nice touch, thank

We would recommend this villa and hope
to be able to return before too long.

We would highly recommend this villa. Our family had a wonderful stay here. The villa is spacious, well furnished and very well equipped. It felt like a real home from home. The swimming pool was a big bonus for our family, as was the pool table in the garage. We enjoyed just relaxing at the villa and it was great to have a base away from the theme parks. The area around the villa was peaceful. The villa is well located for the Disneyworld parks and it was a good base for visiting other places in the Orlando area we went to: Universal, on a Boggy Creek Airboat ride, swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove and to the Kennedy Space Centre - all of which we would recommend. There are lots of supermarkets, shops and restaurants only a short drive away. We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the villa and would highly recommend it to others. Many thanks to Tim, Sarah and Lydia for the good tips about where to eat, shop and the rides to prioritise at the theme parks!

We stayed in the villa just a week ago and it looks so much better in real life than it does in the pictures!! The beds were comfortable, the decor was nice, and we loved the washing machine!!! The master bedroom was huge!!! And 2nd bedroom to was almost as big!! The pool was really nice to have and the games room was a nice place to relax!! This villa is the sort of thing you don't find very often and I would recommend it to other people staying the area!!

Lovely house, close to themeparks and shops, clean and well kept. Nice owners who were very helpfull and friendly. I stayed here with my husband and three sons of 12, 14 and 16 years old. They loved it! They had no time for the Playstation, because they were in the pool or the gameroom all the time. Well equipped kitchen, clean and soft towels and great beds! Easy to use wireless internet, everything was just fine and we would love to go there again and reccommend it to our friends.

what a lovely house this is , stayed for 2 weeks , pool absolutely fab children loved it. Plenty of room for our two families, home from home with the extra of having a pool , great location very quiet with the 192 a few mins away and gas station 1 min up the road great for essentuals when you get there and have not quite got your bearings, with wall mart and publix just 5/6 mins away and all the restaurants you would possiblly need while you are away with in 10 mins drive down the 192. Easy access to all roads for disney and the I4 will get you to other exciting places in florida . great communication from home owners. would like to return and would definately recommend to family ,friends thank you Tim and Sarah

Villa is all as promised on the web site – you won’t be disappointed. It is, as stated, 15 minutes to Disney. If you want a change from the theme parks, you’re within 1&1/2 hours driving distance of some of the natural Florida – we found the springs and state parks well worth a visit.
For eating, there’s lots of restaurants within easy reach. Then, when you’re “themed parked out” and want a quiet evening, you’ll find the supermarket 5 minutes away for your supplies and the kitchen very well equipped for that homemade meal or BBQ.
If you have a laptop, the wireless internet works well and is useful for opening times and directions.
The estate is quiet and residential with the public areas well tended. If you’ve the energy, there’s tennis and basketball courts and a large pool if you want a serious swim.
At the end of the day when you’re tired you won’t have any trouble sleeping – the beds are ever so-comfy.

We were a party of 4 staying early Feb to play golf. The house is convenient for a variety of golf courses, shops etc.
There is plenty of space and well kitted out. Importantly, the swimming pool area mainly faces the sun, unlike some in the area.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again one day.

We stayed in this superb villa during April 2008. It is very well located and appointed, with a good balance between modern luxury and homliness. The nearby supermarkets (3 mins to either Walmart or Publix) were very convenient and offered everything we could want. Disney really is only about 15 minutes drive away and within 5 minutes along Highway 192 is every possible dining option.
Without doubt the best feature for our two sons (11 & 7)was the villa swimming pool and also the community tennis and basketball courts. My wife and I really valued the peaceful location whilst still being right near to all the action.
Overall we would heartily recommend Mary Jo Lane as a perfect family location and we ourselves intend to return there in a couple of years.

We've had a wonderful time - this is the 3rd house we have rented in this area - but is by far the best equipped and well thought out. It has so many little extras that make it a home away from home. We will come back - definitely!
A tip for future residents. A quicker way to Disney is to use the 429 (signposted Apopka) and off the 192. It is a toll road and costs a dollar - but has little traffic and saves lots of time.

Had a lovely relaxing time - felt at home straight away. The villa is just like a home from home with the added benefit of a pool - & much better weather!
Found it to be extremely convenient for Disney etc. but also for the I4 to Universal, Sea World etc. and also the opposite way to Tampa.
Handily placed for supermarkets and loads of good places on the 192!
Will certainly try to come back, but will hopefully bring our grand children. Very impressed with the safety alarms on doors to pool.
All in all a lovely holiday in a spacious well equipped home that should suit everyone.
p.s. had to buy another bag to take all my shopping home!!!

We spent a week in this lovely villa and enjoyed every minute.
We have previously stayed in Disney accommodation which was very enjoyable but nothing compares with staying in a private villa.
The pool was great and the facilities first class - everything had been thought of, especially for our young family.
The location for all the attractions was also excellent.

We have stayed in lll Mary Jo for the past 3 years and will be there again this coming Jan. 9 to Apr. 9. We have enjoyed it very much for our "winter home", as it is close to our family in Florida and to other friends who are nearby. The villa HAS been well maintained and kept up by the managment company. We hope to keep on renting it in the future.
