Vacation Rental Home Description

This beautiful brand new custom built island home with pool, located in Cudjoe Key, features a spacious living area with warm tropical and mermaid décor, and beautiful views of the Atlantic and Gulf. The home has all the amenities you may need with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and Jen-air range. It features four spacious bedrooms, four baths, two sunset balconies, a fourth floor observation and sun deck with beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as two large screened porches. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queens, one double, two twin bunk beds, and a pull out queen sofa in the den. Ceramic tile is used throughout including the screened porch. Amenities include a gas grill, washer/dryer, cable TV/DVD, commercial ice machine, locked storage and a fish cleaning station on the dock.

This "Sportsman's Paradise" is located on a clean deep-water canal with a dock large enough for two boats. It is in close proximity with excellent access to world class diving and snorkeling at Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, to the Atlantic's superb blue water and reef fishing, and to the Gulf's outstanding fishing & lobstering. Grocery stores, restaurants, dive shops and marinas are only a few minutes away. A half hour drive south and you will find historic Key West with excellent dining, shopping, and unique history. If you head a half hour in the opposite direction to Marathon, you will find the world ranked beach at Bahia Honda State Park, great shopping, dining, the seven mile bridge. Key West airport is only 23 miles and the Miami International Airport 120 miles away. This is a no pet, non-smoking home.
