Vacation Rental Home Description

This one-bedroom/one-bath mobile home cottage
can accomodate up to six people. Set in a tropical
landscape with palm trees, royal poinciana, and
hibiscus, you can enjoy the covered front porch, the
covered back porch, and the backyard -- each
offering seating areas and tables amidst tropical
splendor. An electric rotisserie barbecue is set up in
the backyard. The home is air-conditioned for your
comfort. Or you can cool off at the nearby pool.



The home features two dining tables, a personal
computer (on which to e-mail your jealous friends!),
a queen-size bed in the private bedroom, queen-size
sofa beds, two TVs with cable, a kitchen with full-
size appliances, and towels, linens, and dishes,
among other amenities.



The home is located in a gated, safe, five-star
community. There are deep boat ramps, a marina, a
fish-cleaning station, a store, swimming pool, hot
tub, tennis, a children's playground, and an activity
center with ping pong, a pool table, and a multitude
of games. Enjoy snorkeling and scuba in tropical
coral seas.



The Community charges a $50 registration fee upon
check-in.
This allows you unlimited use of all facilities.



A scenic 19-mile drive takes you to historic, exotic
Key West -- the southermost point in the continental
USA, and a major center for deep-sea fishing, art,
theater, and Audubon and marine wildlife
conservation activities.



An 11.5% sales tax will be added to the rates. A
$100 security deposit is required -- to be refunded
within 30 days of departure. There is a $75 cleaning
fee. Cancellation made at least 45 days in advance
will be refunded; thereafter, we will refund any
portion that is re-rented. Personal checks are
accepted two weeks or more in advance. Feel free

No pets; smoking is allowed on the patios only.



Cette maisonette mobilhome est completement
amenagee pour six personees avec une chambre
privee avec un grand lit et deux teles avec cable,
une salle de bains, et une double salle a manger. Le
salon comprend deux divan-lits, une tele et un
ordinateur (pour envoyer un email a vos amis
jaloux!). La cuisine est amenagee avec grand
frigidaire et tout le necessaire. Vous pouvez vous
aussi relaxer dans le jardin qui contient plusieurs
tables et chaises, et un barbecue electrique avec
rotisserie. L'interieur est decore en style tropical et
le jardin, aussi tropical, vous offre des palmiers, des
hibiscus, etc... Notre maison fait partie d'une
communaute de vacances avec gardien a l'entree
(vous pouvez etre tranquille), et beaucoup
d'activites pour tous les ages: grande piscine et
piscine d'enfants, tout pour les bateaux ( access
profonds, essence, etc...), epicerie, tennis, jeux
d'enfants, sauna, basketball, boules, centre
d'activites avec ping pong, jeux, billard. Ideal pour
ceux qui aiment la natation, la plongee, la peche, et
tous sports aquatiques. La Communaute vous
offrent access illimite aux activites pour la somme
de $5.38 pour les deux premieres personnes par
sejour, et $4.30 pour chaque personne additionelle,
par jour. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptes. Maison
non-fumeur, mais le jardin contient des cendriers.
Une route pittoresque vous emmene a Key West en
moins d'une demi-heure. Key West est bien connue
pour ces arts, theatres, la maison d'Audubon, la
maison d"Hemingway, les croisieres de peches, ses
restaurants et ses boites de nuit. Taxes de 11,5%
seront ajoutes a la location. Service de nettoyage
est $75. Depot de garantie: $100. En cas
d'annulation de votre reservation 45 jours a l'avance,
vous serez rembourse completement. Annulations
apres 45 jours seront remboursees si nous avons
une autre reservation. Payments sont payables en
US Dollars, mandats internationaux sont acceptes.
