Downstairs bedroom has sliding glass doors opening into fenced back yard. Walking distance to beach, 15 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes from Disney. 1 hour from Daytona, 2 miles from Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 1 mile from Cocoa Beach pier, 1 mile from Port Canaveral and fishing jetty.
