This 45-Unit, family-oriented condo is within walking distance to many types of restaurants, grocery stores, arcades, mini-golf, Ron-Jon and other beach rental stores; and yet it is off the traffic streets and safe for walking and bicycling. It has the rare ocean-front pool that is heated during the fall and winter months and refreshingly air-heated during the summer months.
