While you're on the Space Coast you can visit the Kennedy Space Center (maybe even see a space shuttle liftoff!), go deep sea fishing, surf, windsurf, rent a jet-ski, swim in our crystal clear waters, and take a river tour to get close to our Florida gators, panthers, sea turtles and other awesome wildlife. Or you can drive just a short distance to Orlando, where you can visit Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and see all Central Florida has to offer.

Good location - on the beach. Very spacious. Property decor is very dated (1970's) and needs some updating. Drains clogged. Windows in a state of disrepair (some would not lock). Pool has a slow leak. Fridge had not been cleaned prior to check-in and was quite smelly. Other than that it was OK.

| Cocoa Beach Vacation Rental Rate Information The weekly rental rate is $2750.00 per week. A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required to hold reservation. A Resort tax fee of $303.00 per week is also required plus a non refundable Cleaning fee of $250.00. The cancellation policy is loss of secuity deposit of $500.00 if reservation is cancelled. |
