Kiva has spacious condominium suites nestled at the base of the mountain in Beaver Creek. Suites of various sizes accommodate two to ten people. We have all of the expected conveniences plus daily maid service, gift baskets, fireplaces, ski lockers, swimming pool, and hot tubs.

Minimum Stay: Range between 3-7 nights, depending upon availability. There is a 7 night minimum during New Year's week, President's week, and March spring break weeks.
*Pre-Christmas Special: $100 off per night 12/17/04 - 12/24/04.
Rates include daily maid service and are based on occupancy shown. Up to two additional people may be added to each unit for $50.00 per person per night. The current tax rate is 10.99%.
Summer Season: Rates include a "welcome breakfast basket" in condominium upon arrival.
Ski Season: Rates include continental breakfast served daily in the KIVA lobby.

| Deposits: | | A deposit equivalent to 25% of total balance is due within 10 days of verbal confirmation by credit card or check. Remaining balance due 31 days prior to arrival for Value, Regular and Discount Season by check. Remaining balance due 7 days in advance for Summer Season. For the Holiday Season the remaining balance is due by November 1 by check. Monies received may be deposited into an interest bearing account payable to KPM.
| | Cancellations and Refunds: | | All reservations are subject to $50.00 per unit cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture during Value, Discount, Regular and Holiday Season. Summer Season will incur full forfeiture if cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival. Holiday Season reservations cancelled after November 1 are subject to full forfeiture. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival must give a credit card. Credit cards will be charged if the number is given and the same cancellation policies apply. Reservations made through outside reservation systems may be subject to other cancellation policies.
