Plan your holiday in our spacious, vacation home washed in Colorado sunshine and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood only ten minutes to Vail Village and five minutes to Beaver Creek.

You won't want a hotel room or condo again! The great room, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom are all on the upper level and have attractive tongue and grove vaulted ceilings. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, and separate his and hers sink vanities. There are four additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, plus a separate bunk sleeping area for kids, and a low ceiling loft overlooking the great room.

Other amenities include wireless High Speed DSL Internet, desktop computer for email, fax machine, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, garage, cable TV in bedrooms, numerous VCR/DVD players, toys, crib, and highchair for young children. This is our second home so we continually add little touches and conveniences that add to our enjoyment, as well as, yours. Skiers will appreciate its ample ski and boot storage areas, as well as, a new professional boot drying system in the garage.

Non-skiers will appreciate the convenience to shopping, sledding, ice skating, mountain and resort activities, spacious, sunny, and relaxed feel of the great room and outdoor balcony, not to mention the view.

There are x-ski and snowshoe tracks (weather permitting), meandering through the golf course from the pocket park/pond across from our house. If you continue through the golf green trails you can access forest service trailheads for snowshoeing and hiking a scenic short jaunt or all the way to Beaver Creek, Vail Mountain, and beyond. There is golf, tennis, and a community oudoor pool in the summer. We leave snowshoes and sleds hanging in the garage for winter use.

Our place is great for private groups and those who appreciate the comfort of spacious accommodations for their family (i.e. the kid don't have to share a room!). No Smoking or Pets. Limit three standard passenger vehicles (no group buses or RV's).
