HOLIDAY rates: $239 a night (4 night min stay) (Memorial & Labor Day & 4th of July) WINTER Rates ~ November & December - $1,395 a month January - $1,995 a month (weekly $725) February- $2,395 a month (weekly $745) March - (weekly only for $845-$975) Smoking allowed outside only.
