Memorial & Labor Day & 4th of July $179 a night (4 night min stay)

Scat Trac - October 1st-10th is $119 a night (10 night stay) or $129/night (1 week min stay)

WINTER RATES

November & December - $1,395 a month

January - $2,195 a month (weekly $795)

February- $2,295 a month (weekly $795)

March - $2,095 a month

Smoking allowed outside only.

We are interested in renting only to those who will enjoy the home & treat it as they would their own.
