Steve was excellent and easily contactable.We have stayed in numerous villas in Florida and I usually find something which irritates me, or at worse makes me complain! This was a rare occurrence where I had no need to be anything other than 100% satisfied.Steve accommodated my need to heat the pool to +95degrees and even forgave me when I had an accident with the floating cleaner in the pool!!This was better than your basic "rental" villa, with lovely homely touches but without feeling you were living in someone else's house. Neighbourhood lovely, mainly residential and only a few minutes away from a Walmart Superstore. Thoroughly recommended.
