A beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house, two woodburning fireplaces, full kitchen, private indoor hottub, ping pong table, 3 Color Cable TV's. Master bedroom has a queen bed, double hideabed and fireplace, upstairs a quuen bedded room with private bath and a room with two queens shares a bath with a room with two x-tra long twins. A large airy bedroom in the basement has two doubles and two couches and TV. Located just off the Mountain Road in a private setting along the river. Sleeps 12-15.

Rates are for 12 people, additonal people are $10 per person, per night. Houses are booked Sunday to Sunday during the regular seasons. Two to Three night minimum in off seasons. Call, we can be flexible.

Deposits:
Deposit: 50% deposit on all houses.
Tax: 10%
Cancellations and Refunds: A 50% deposit is requires and there is a 90 day cancellation, after that time the deposit will be forfeited. Rates and stay requirements vary by season.
