Located just off the beach with direct access between the Sheraton Resort and Holiday inn Resort. No streets to cross or traffic. The resort grounds include lush landscaping, free form pool, kiddie pool, lounge chairs, covered cabana, soft drink machine, bbq grills, tennis courts and a short walking distance to the Shlitterbahn Waterpark.

Our condo includes all the comforts of home. This is a 2 level condo. Two large bedrooms each with a full bath. Second bedroom is up one level for privacy with additional outdoor exit/entrance way. This unit come fully furnished with upgraded linens, towels etc. (no postage stamp size towels here) Fully equipped kithcn with crock pot, blender, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, oven range, dishwasher and all cooking utensils.

LARGE FLAT SCREEN HDTV/dvd player in living room. Two additional televisions in each bedroom along with alarm clock radios, full length mirror, dressers and night stands. FOUR NEW UPGRADED QUEEN size BEDS in the two bedrooms. NEW QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER in the living room to accomodate a total of TEN people in beds!

We even provide a ROLLING beach COOLER, ICE PACKS, UMBRELLA, and 2 beach CHAIRS. Please make sure you return them for the next guests.

So park your car in the underground garage and come up one level to your vacation retreat. You will enter the unit from a large patio overlooking the lovely grounds and tennis courts. ENJOY!
