If you are looking for a comfortable condo, excellent location, incredible beach location. and none of the hassles that sometimes come up with condos--you've found it.

Our family spent a long weekend at this condo and had an incredible time. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit was well maintained. The balcony gave us a great view of the beach and we enjoyed letting the sea air and sounds of the ocean filter through the windows. The beach was only an elevator ride and approximately 200 feet away.

One of the things we liked about this part of the beach was its location. It was close to many restaurants, a grocery store, and other shops. The beach wasn't crowded (and it was a busy time of year). While we didn't use it, they had a nice pool that was shaded from the late day sun.

The owner was great to work with and made it very simple to rent. We have already started discussing our next visit. Compared to many of the places I have stayed, this was my favorite beach vacation destination yet. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This was the perfect beachfront condo for our family of 4. We will definitely be back in the future, and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Beach House Condos includes 3 buildings with gated entry & secure parking.

This condo is in building II which we loved because it was NOT the one over the swimming pool. Our balcony view was beautiful & peaceful without pool guests to see and hear below. Also this condo is on the top / 5th floor, so no noise to worry about coming from above. It's truly ideal. I'd never chose a high rise where the beachfront is going to be over crowded with other guests. Beach House is the perfect!

The condo includes a keyless lock, so no worries about losing keys on the beach.

My kids (8 & 6) shared a the room with 2 twin beds and had their own bathroom. The master bedroom & bath is beautiful with a comfortable bed and spectacular views of the ocean and access to the balcony.

Both bathrooms are well stocked with plenty of extra bath towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, extra pillows and extra blankets if needed. TV/DVD players are available in both bedrooms & the family room.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There is a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. There are plenty of kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing cloths. You will also find plenty of paper towels, napkins, extra trash bags, & all condiments you need in the fridge. I even found vegetable oil in the pantry for cooking eggs in the morning. Pantry also includes plenty of seasonings, salt & pepper, plastic wrap & plastic containers for saving leftover food, etc.

We used very few dishes, which I washed by hand. I recommend bringing paper plates and plasticware to save time and avoid chores. There is a dishwasher though. Note, there is no garbage disposal, so care must be taken to avoid food bits going down the drain.

Upon arriving the condo was super clean & sand free. There is a water hose/shower by the pool to rinse off sand before coming in.
Path to the beach is private and a very short walk.

The balcony closet includes a couple beach chairs (though a little old and rusty, I recommend bringing your own), a few small umbrellas (I recommend bringing your own shade canopy), and plenty of sand toys and boogie boards to borrow.

The kids enjoyed exploring the condo and found games, puzzles, and DVD movies!
