This condo was everything that the owner said it was and more. It was in the perfect location right on the beach. It was fully stocked and ready to go. It was very nice having the option for either the beach or the pools. We were literally right on the beach. We hope to make this an annual trip from now on and we plan on staying in this condo.

My family has stayed at Christine's 3 bed/3 bath Condo 3 times in the past 2 years and prior to that, we stayed in her 2 bed/2 bath condo. The condo is the perfect place to take my family since it accomodates all of our kids along with our parents. The location is great with access to the beach directly from the condo's patio with a great view of the beach and ocean. Having 3 baths is a great and rare feature that you won't find at too many of the other condos on SPI. Christine is great to work with, friendly and provides a great condo for our family. Having stayed here, we won't rent from any other place when we vacation in SPI!!!

This was an outstanding condo to stay in. We have stayed in several different units at the Beach House Condos. The unit was right on the beach with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. It was easily accessible and the teenagers we had with us loved it. Everything was just perfect. The afternoons on the patio were exceptional. It was a perfect place for us to start our summer at. Can't wait to go back next year. Working on trying to talk my husband into a second trip this year. Thanks again.

The most horrible owner if I had known that the owner was racist and biast I would have never rented from her. My family was treated as if we were children asking us unnecessary questions. All I was looking for was a quiet family get together for the 4th of July. NEVER AGAIN DONT RENT FROM THEM!!! SO UNPLEASANT... NO RESPECT!

We reserve the right not to rent to groups of young people looking for a place to party. We always ask the age group of people because our complex does not allow for loud parties. This is to ensure that all renters ,not just ours, will have a pleasant experience while staying at the Beach House Condominiums. I am sorry that you have a problem disclosing the age group of your people. I have not had any problems with any renters disclosing age group. We are a family oriented location, will please most normal individuals, probably not all. Not racist ,since I have no way of knowing your race over the phone.

For several years, two families have traveled to South Padre for some sun and fun. This year was different. We rented this condo from the owner and found it to be a great condo. All the write-ups are accurate and it was perfect for our group. We will continue to rent this condo each year we return to South Padre. Give it a shot; you won't be disappointed.
