My husband and I stayed at this condo the week of June 16th with another couple. The building is in a great location and the condo is very nicely appointed, close to the elevator and very convenient to the pools and beach. Plenty of parking. The beach was not nearly as crowded as other areas close by. The owners are extremely pleasant. We found it to be nicer than the pictures. We highly recommend this rental.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in April at this condo and we loved it. Renting from Caroline was easily done and all that we agreed upon was honored. Feel free to trust this place and the owner, but only if you want to be on a beautiful beach in a comfortable affordable rented condo. :-) We were very pleased.

We have stayed at Waterpointe, but not in this unit. The building and the pools are very family friendly and clean. The pools are clean and nice. We will be staying in this building for many more trips to the beach.
