Theatre and House of Blues, Colonial
Mall and much much more to entertain
adults and children.
Fenced in back patio if you have small
children or would like privacy to sun

We were so excited to arrive at this beach house and see how perfect it was for our family. Everyone was happy to chose their own bedroom.
I was amazed at how immaculately clean everything was. My husband was thrilled with the location being only steps from the beach and close to many golf courses. We were able to eat breakfast and lunch at the house and dinner out each night. We highly recommend this beach house for your family vacation.

| Deposit: A deposit of one half of the rent must be received within two weeks after reservation is made in order to hold the reservation. Final half of the rental amount must be received 30 days prior to arrival date plus $250 security deposit (to be refunded subject to any deductions for damage to the house, missing items or requirement of excessive cleaning). Please email me for more information. Cancellations and Refunds: Notification of cancellation must be in writing from person who made initial reservation. There will be a $50 cancellation fee, if we are able to rent the house. If we are unable to rent for the time you allotted, your original deposit is non-refundable.
