Lovely private home perfect for your family vacation (NO GROUPS PLEASE) and just a short walk away from our beautiful beach.
The house is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in den and all bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, as well as a washer and dryer.
There are four flat screen TVs and cable if you want to stay in, or, if you want to venture out and explore the area, the house is very convenient to Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing with Alabama Theatre and House of Blues, Colonial Mall and much much more to entertain adults and children.
Fenced in back patio if you have small children or would like privacy to sun bathe.

| Deposits: | | A deposit of one half of the rent must be received within two weeks after reservation is made in order to hold the reservation. Final half of the rental amount must be received 30 days prior to arrival date plus $250 security deposit (to be refunded subject to any deductions for damage to the house, missing items or requirement of excessive cleaning). Please email me for more information. | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | Notification of cancellation must be in writing from person who made initial reservation. There will be a $50 cancellation fee, if we are able to rent the house. If we are unable to rent for the time you allotted, your original deposit is non-refundable. |
