My husband and I stayed in this condo during December, 2008. Ryan was very easy to communicate with via both email and phone. His quick responses earned him our business. The Barefoot community is beautiful and impeccably clean. It's well lighted; I felt safe walking even after dark. We appreciated the quietness of the condo itself -- didn't hear any noise outside our own walls. Ryan's pictures of his rental are accurate. We'd definitely consider renting from him again.

"Rest assured that all of the amenities listed on the luxury villa in Barefoot Resorts is true. Ryan and Eliana have went to great lengths to assure that the villa is extra-ordinary. My family and I have just stayed in the villa and we were blown away with the spacious, immaculate accommodations that we were blessed with during our stay. This villa is in a golf resort with ample parking in a non-congested community. The rooms are very spacious. The formal dining room could even be converted into a third bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with tremendous appliances. The unit includes all dishes, pans, silverware, etc. to make preparing meals a joy. Much of the kitchenware is IKEA. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding is extremely comfortable. The master suite is better than what I have at home. The furniture is exquisite. The master bath has a shower and separate Jacuzzi tub that is very relaxing after a round of golf. The patio overlooks the 11th fairway and has an excellent view of the sunrise over the golf course. Everything is close . . . beaches, shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. The pool is great and the elevator is very convenient. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else unless this villa was not available. The communication with Ryan is great, and the value is unbeatable. WOW!"
