Vacation Rental Home Description

MaLady's beach condo - Charming 2-BD, 2-BA condo, phone, 2 TV's with 7 HBO channels, DVD-VHR combo. We are a condo unit on beach-side property (no crossing streets). The beach fronts our Resort. Only barrier that separates us from the beach is a scenic marshland (approx. 5-min. walk). Access beach via private, 300-yd. boardwalk OR take the shuttle. Full-service cabana on the beach (open Apr. 1 thru Sept.12) with beach volleyball and bathrooms. Non-smoking unit. No Pets.

Gated community. 24-hour security. Located in the heart of the island. Lovely master bedroom has comfy queen bed & 2nd TV with private bath. Guest room has both a queen and twin bed for an extra couple or three children. Guest bath has shower. Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cooking & dining conveniences.

Private beach. Private boardwalk. A full-service cabana is on the beach (open Apr. 1 thru Sept. 12) serving beverages, snacks, grilled foods and has beach volleyball and bathrooms. A bike trail runs in front of the resort connecting you to the island.

We are located in the heart of the island--a skip and hop from any and everything with over 200 restaurants from fast-food chains to formal dining, nightspots/pubs, tours/cruises, family recreation and sports such as an amusement park, water & ocean sports, bike & hiking trails, golf and tennis--to shopping mall and outlets, businesses, cinemas, musuem, art gallery, theatre, library AND of course...our fabulous Hilton Head beach! Hilton Head Island can be as quiet or as busy as you want it to be!

Vacation rental Rates:
$750/wk. + 85 cleaning fee June thru Aug. (Sat-Sat check-in).
Remainder of year is $595/wk. + 85 cleaning fee.
$995/mo. + 95 cleaning fee Snowbird Specials (inc. utilities) Sept-Apr.
