| Deposit: DEPOSIT - To guarantee your reservation, 40% of the total rental is required as a deposit. This deposit must be received within 7 days of the date of booking. A written confirmation is sent to you upon receipt of your money. YOUR ENTIRE BALANCE IS DUE 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. Tax: 10 % Cancellations and Refunds: CANCELLATION POLICY- For refunds of money,less $50 cancellation fee, cancellations must be in writing and received 60 days prior to the arrival date for villas. Monthly winter rentals require cancellation to be 90 days prior to the arrival date for a refund. Any cancellation within these time periods constitutes forfeiture of your 40% deposit monies unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental period at the same rental rate. Changes in your dates must occur PRIOR TO the cancellation period. All cancellations are charged a $50 administration fee, which may be applied to a future stay. |
