The Evergreen Cottage sits privately, secluded on 2.33 acres. The location, the elegant atmosphere and the charm of the Evergreen Cottage quickly soothes a person into a complete state of relaxation. Sits in a quiet rural neighborhood north of Historic Conway, South Carolina. Located 4 miles to the oldest boat landing, Old Reaves Ferry and it's open to the public. Conway Marina is less than 15 minutes. Little River Marina approx. 20 - 30minutes away.Conway was established in 1733 in what was then South Carolina's Colonial Frontier.
Located near Championship Golf Course, Outlet Malls, A Place at The Beach, Dixie Stampede, Barefoot Landing, Waccamaw River, Intercostal Waterway, Brookgreen Gardens, and all surrounding beaches. Close to Hwy. 31 and Hwy. 22, Hwy. 501 and Hwy. 544
Take a walk on the Boardwalk along the riverfront and revel in the beauty of The Waccamaw River. There are Boats,Pontoon boats and Conoes for rent at the marina. Pinic or dine at one of the small area restaurants, or take a tour on Kingston Lady to explore the Waccamaw River.
Access the Waccamaw River which leads into the Waterway andthen directly into the Alantic Ocean for a full day of fun!
ACCOMMODATIONS: This 2 bedroom, One bath Cottage (Located on 2.33 acres )offers plenty of privacy and ample shade provided by the many different types of Evergreens.
The beautiful surroundings are great for retirees and folks wanting to avoid the heavy downtown traffic. You can easily can get around to all beaches without waiting in long lines. You can be to either side of the beach quicker than you can go from the North Myrtle Beach to South Myrtle and vise versa.
Spend a lasy morning swinging on the front porch, stroll around the spacious yard or grill your supper on the screened in back porch.
Everything you need to "move in" is furnished. Two queen beds, Large full bath, telephone,TV,Cable, Microwave and dishwasher,central heat and air.
A washer and dryer, a built in ironing board are all provided for your convenience. Towels, linens and lots of other amenities are furnished.
Situated less than 15-30 minutes to most attactions along the Grand Strand.
The cottage is located approx.. 15 Min. from Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach by car. The Cottage is located 6 miles off Hwy. 22 at the Conway Hwy. 90 exit. You can be in Mytrle Beach on the ocean with in 20 - 30 minutes depending on the way you travel. Surfside Beach and S. Myrtle in 25 Min. on Hwy. 544. Murrel's Inlet and Calbash 35 minutes.

Scroll along the Conway Boardwalk and enjoy the beauty. Enjoy dining, movies, shopping, antique shops along main street and the Waccamaw River. The waterway and all surounding Beaches by car are 15 to 30, 45 minutes away depending on the beach. Travel to Charleston in 1hr.45 min. To Willmington in 1 1/2 hr. To Calabash to the Casino in approx. 45 min.

We reserve the right to request a security deposit. A basic cleaning fee of $35.00 is charge to guest renting by the week. Cashier and Personal checks accepted on deposit only. Amount remaining must be received through traveler's check, cashier check, paypal or money order prior to check-in. All fees must be paid and checks cleared before checking in.

$250.00 deposit required for weekly rentals. Weekly rental $685.00. Includes 6 nights, 7th night is free.
Winter Only – Four day minimum 4 person max. $150.00 nightly. No more than 6 max. no more than 4 adults. Extra per night per person $25.00
Winter rentals may be available... for a fee of $925.00 per month with a minium of 2 months. $925.00 deposit is required to reserve. No indoor pets. Outside pet is a $500.00 additional deposit. Includes cable, internet, electric, water, sewer. Winter/ quarterly - monthy rentals have a cleaning fee of $125.00 for deep cleaning after checkout. Deposit will be returned at checkout as long as property is the same as you found it with the exception of normal wear and tear. Taxes will be charge.

Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. RESTRICTIONS: No Pets, No House Parties... No Receptions. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Pursant to: SC. Reservation deposits may or may not be kept in an escrow account prior to arrival. 1. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or anytime after. (No checks on day of arrival) Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m., unless approved by office. 2. Refunds: Should you cancel prior to 45 days of your arrival you will get your deposit back less $150.00 for processing. If you cancel within the 45 days of your arrival you will loose your entire deposit. No refund for early departure. There is a $25 reschedule fee. No checks on day of arrival. All money must be paid in full and cleared before arrival. We must have a credit card on file! Understand there occassionally will be maintenance issues that arise during your stay. Guest agrees not to charge long distance phone calls, or pay per view movies to the cottage. If he/she does, guest is liable for said bill. 4. The accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owner’s furnishings an neither the agent nor the owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings. Owner has a closet and shed that have locked closets containing personal belongings; these are not included in the rental of the cottage. 5. As agents, we reserve the right to refund deposit, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, it is detrimental to the cottage. 6. Should the cottage be undergoing any major repairs, or the owner of the cottage, the agency may substitute a comparable property at the original price if such a unit is open. 7. I, the renter fully understand that the management/owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind to guests or for the loss of money; jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Security system is in cottage. 8. I, the renter, agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the cottage to the satisfaction of the owner or his agents thru use my credit card or paypal. Please check the Unit when you arrive and report to the office at 1-865-654-2887 if something is broke or missing. 9. Linens are provided. The cottage provides a washer and dryer for washing your linens. 10. The cottage is supplied with 4 rolls of toilet paper. 2 roll of paper towels, and two trash bags for bath and two for kitchen. We provide starter dishwasher detergents. If you will need additional supplies you must bring them with you. This is so we can continue to maintain our competitive prices.
