Located in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect place for a getaway yet not too far away from all that the area has to offer. Beach access is quick and easy; just go directly across a small residential street and you're there. Soak up the sun all day on the beach and then make your way to the pool to enjoy a quick snack at the poolside grill while you enjoy the sounds of the resident DJ.
The property has ample free parking (parking in the garage may be difficult for large vehicles), 3 elevators, an indoor pool, whirlpool and outdoor pool. Each unit has a private balcony with beautiful views of the shoreline, Cable TV and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.
Looking for something more to do than lazing away on the beach? You'll find plenty of fun right around the corner at places like Jungle Safari, Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Family Kingdom Water Park. Enjoy a wide array of shopping and entertainment and be sure to sample the local fare at places like Pier 14 where you dine right over the ocean!
If you play golf then you already know that Myrtle Beach is home to some of the best courses on the East Coast. Exciting and challenging holes for all levels of golfers can be found at courses like Heron Point, Legends and Whispering Pines. And don't forget North Myrtle Beach, home to 4 championship courses at Barefoot Bay and many others.
The overnight parking of oversized vehicles including, but not limited to RV's, Buses, Boats, Trailers, etc. is prohibited.

| Deposit: A $250 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $250 will be required for your stay. If you are securing with a credit card the card will not be charged unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs. If securing with a cashiers check or money order it will not be cashed unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs. Failure to return security form prior to arrival results in cancellation of reservation and no refund.
