FAST FACTS: This home has a moderately steep paved access road & a steep gravel driveway and parking area. There are no other homes visible from the house so deck privacy is excellent. The nearest main road is Highway 194, approximately 3.5 miles away. Boone is about a 10-minute drive away, and Blowing Rock is about a 20-minute drive. There are fourteen steps to enter the home from the parking area. There is room for at least five mid-sized cars to park. This home is not equipped with central air conditioning.
