I stayed in the Blueridge Parkway this past weekend and had an excellent time. I arrived to meet David who gave me a breif rundown of the cabin, and took the time to go over the Asheville map to point out areas of interest. The cabin was very convenient for all of Asheville's attractions. The cabin itself was great, it was small and quaint, had all the necessities plus a stocked fridge, jacuzzi, cable TV, and a movie selection. I was amazed by what was provided. I had been looking for places for several weeks and couldn't believe how lucky I was to find this cabin available with all it had to offer for such an affordable price. I highly recommend Asheville Cozy Cabins. Thanks Beverly and David.

What can we say? Everything that we needed was at our finger tips making us feel right at home, except a little more cozy. This was the first time and will NOT be the last time that we visit our home away from home!!!

This was our second stay at the Cozy Cabins; it will most assuredly not be our last! I felt so compelled to compose another positive comment, that I was forced to use a different email address to circumvent the guestbook policy of ‘one comment per email address’ rule.
Once again, it was like being transported to an alternate ‘home’. If Beverly does anything, she makes you feel like family, not like customers – valued or otherwise.
We brought our closest friends with us this time to try out these cabins, and they loved it! They stayed in the Asheville while we resided in the Blue Ridge. We even caught ourselves saying, “Your house or mine?” It’s the culmination of all the little touches that make this our ‘get-a-way’ of choice. Could we stay at the Biltmore or Grove Park? Sure. Would we find it as accommodating and warm as Cozy Cabins? Not in the slightest. We four have decided this is to be an annual trip for us – guess we had better book early. ; )
Thanks again for everything Beverly! You guys are the best!
Sincerely,
John and Melanie

The Blue Ridge Parkway Cabin was great!! All linens provided, breakfast goodies (cereal, milk, OJ, even danishes)...Canned drinks, marinades, and all of the little things that you might forget to pack. The cabin is decorated beautifully and so well kept. The hot tub was awesome on the cool October nights. Asheville is such a neat place...We will definately be back to stay at this cabin!!

I just wanted to say that Mr. & Mrs. Wise are the most welcoming and caring property owners and individuals that I have ever met. I would and am definately referring people and coming back myself. Everything is nice and even if it is freezing outside the hot tub is excellent.

I am unable to adequately articulate how much my fiancé and I enjoyed staying in this cabin.
It was Melanie's birthday 'get-a-way' for we two, and I simply cannot imagine staying anywhere that offered the same 'home-like' atmosphere we found within those walls. It was more than the stocked "goodies" or the complimentary birthday cake -- it was the general feeling that, at least for those few days -- this was *our* home.
When you want a 'get-a-way', isn't *that* what you are after; comfort and familiarity?
Course... the hot tub was a nice touch. ;)
Thanks for everything guys, we will most assuredly return.
Cheers!

We stayed at the Blue Ridge Cabin this Christmas (2004) for 3 days. It was wonderful, relaxing, fun, and very nicely furnished! It is also so convenient to everything such as: Biltmore Mansion the mountain highways and downtown Asheville. The cabin is a vacation in itself and we enjoyed movies every night and the hot tub. Thanks Dave and Beverly for all you do in providing such a beautiful retreat!

I can't say enough nice things about the Blue Ridge Cabin! It was clean, well decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you might need during a stay. In addition, the fireplace and hot tub made the place so inviting that my husband and I hardly wanted to leave for outside excursions! Beverly is a terrific hostess and left us wanting for nothing. If you are even thinking about staying elsewhere -- Don't ! This place was great and we will definitely be back!

We loved staying in the 1920's log cabin. The cabin was immaculate and all amenities were made available to us, i.e., washer/dryer, linens, towels, toiletries, eating utensils and dinnerware. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the cabin. She also told us of the many attractions in the area, directions included, and informed us of the best restaurants in the area. The decor in the cabin was fabulous. Actually, we had to shop for nothing. The owner had stocked the refrigerator with breakfast items for us, cold drinks, coffee and juice. There was also popcorn there which we really enjoyed while we watched some the the movie videos that were in the cabin for our enjoyment. The cabin was located in a very quiet and peaceful area and it was easy to fall into a relaxed state after a day of sightseeing. I can honestly say that there was nothing we needed as it was all provided for us. We have made four trips to Asheville and this was the best place and the most affordable place we have stayed in. I am looking forward to returning in the fall for the foliage and will definitely stay there again. I rate the accommodations a ten as it was private, spotless, quiet and everything was supplied for us including reading materials. We absolutely loved it.

My wife and I and our three children had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Bev and Dave pay attention to every detail. The cabin was wonderful for a vacation and is so close to all of the sites we wanted to see in NC and Tenn. It's just a hop to the Blue Ridge Parkway. And, when we were tired from a long day, it was so nice to come back to a clean, beautifully furnished place. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially families.

My granddaughter and I spent 2 nights at the Blue Ridge Cabin in August. We were delighted with it.
My granddaughter is 14, and she was thrilled with it. She noticed all the special decorator touches, especially the wall shelf by the bunk bed. The cabin was clean and well kept. There was milk and juice in the refridgerator and other staples in the cabinets so we didn't have to buy extra groceries that would normally be thrown away.
The first night we relaxed in the jacuzzi, played a game, ordered delivery pizza, and watched a movie, then slept great. I was very surprised at the location, so close to the highway, yet very private and cozy. The rocks in the front hill are unique (something else Jessica noticed). I loved the special touches painted on the furniture and walls. We were very pleased and would like to go back to visit Black Mountain one day.

What a wonderful weekend! My husband, our five-year old grandson and I spent three nights in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and I must say it was one of the most relaxing weekends we have spent in a long time. Not only is the cabin located near attractions such as the zoo and pool which our grandson enjoyed, it has more conveniences than most expensive hotels...and none of the coldness. It gives you the feeling that you have "come home". There is easy access to the Parkway and downtown. My grandson enjoyed the board games and videos, which were provided. They kept him occupied when we weren't out sightseeing. Knowing you don't have to shop before you visit the cabin is a real plus. It is stocked with staples, has a full kitchen and the grocery stores are within a few minutes drive (or walk). The Wise Family has put a lot of consideration into the comfort of their guests and it really shows in this unique and cozy cabin. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys Asheville and the mountains. A rare value!
