This home is a joke. We arrived and the man said he had just left an hour before as he stated he was fixing the hot tub. When we entered the house, we laid our baby down to change his diaper and 5 fleas jumped on him. IT is totally infested with FLEAS!!!!!
In the long run he ruined our labor day and cost us alot of money. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!!

This property was not clean when we arrived at agreed on time. The hot tub was broken and not usable, the owner was on at the home when we arrived, cleaning it himself, even though he assurred me that the cleaning fee was for professional cleaners. On top of everything else, he has NOT returned our deposit in 5 months even though I have emailed and called him several times(he does not answer his phone).
Please do not trust this man. We rented Columbus Day weekend of 20010.
