We stayed at the cabin from December 29, 2008 thru January 2, 2009 and had a great time! There was plenty of room, had a fire every night, and was more comfortable there than all our years coming to the White Mountains. The outlets are about three miles down the road, you can go swimming in the Saco River about 3/4 of a mile down the road. Plenty of places to eat and shop. The cabin itself is very cozy and charming. This is a great place to stay. Jason, the owner, was very pleasant. The pics don't do any justice to this great cabin. The decor of moose and bear and the occasional Harley and Boxer were fantastic. As mentioned in the writeup,the pictures for this property do not do it justice.We were thrilled when we arrived at this fabulous property,and had a delightful time.It has about every gadget known to man- 5 remotes were on hand,as well as 2 color TV's,ceiling fan,you name it,I could go on,but that's all listed in the description.What isn't listed is that the decor is fabulous.If you are a moose lover,you'll think you've died and gone to Moose Heaven.The country look is very tasteful,and nothing has been forgotten.The location of this cozy log cabin is perfect,you can see the Conway Scenic railroad train pass by down the road,and you have lots of privacy...You're also only a short ride to town and all the fabulous outlets the area has to offer,may I suggest LL Bean,Bigs Dogs,and Four Your Paws Only.........A perfect vacation spot for both 2 and 4 leggers alike.........I highly recommend this cabin,and give it 2 enthusiastic thumbs up..... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
