Come stay in our beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath WATERFRONT CONDO AT THE POPULAR LEDGES COMPLEX. We're located in the heart of Osage Beach, just three miles off Highway 54. By water, we're at the 20.5 mile marker on the breathtaking Lake Of The Ozarks.
Our master bedroom offers a queen size, pillow top bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, cable TV and a seperate door to the deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds and cable TV along with an adjacent bathroom. The living room has a full-size sleeper, cable TV/VCR/DVD, stereo and high speed internet modem.
You will find games, movies, books and magazines in the living room too. Our kitchen is fully stocked will everything you will need from an apple slicer to a waffle maker. The dining area offers seating for four at the counter and six at the table. There is also seating on the deck along with a gas grill and ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We have both a 10x24 and 10x30 cove protected slip with electric which can be seen from the deck.
The Ledges offers two pools, swim area & swim platform.
The Lake offers over 240 holes of golf, several courses within 5 miles. We are a SHORT car ride to Big Surf Water Park, Osage Premium Outlet Mall, a five-screen cinema, Ozark State Park, antique stores, country sampler shops, and boutiques. There are over 100 restaurants (many on or overlooking the water) that will satisfy any taste from gourmet to fast food.

"We loved your condo! We have stayed at a lot of different complexes, including The Ledges, but would rate yours as the best! The extra touches like nice towels and sheets were a luxury, and we were so impressed with how clean it was. I told my husband I would like to make that an annual Fall trip. The leaves were so beautiful and the weather perfect. It wasn't crowded with people. We will definitely stay again. We took your business card and look forward to staying again."
