We received this award because the Mason House
has amenities not normally found in rental homes,
such as the decor,location and cleanliness, granite
kitchen with all amenities and pool. Yet it's located
in an upscale area," on the hill", walk down the steps
to town and water.

The Mason House is a new private upscale vacation
home. It is available all 4-seasons with amenities not
normally found in vacation homes. It is located in a
private area overlooking town. Just walk three houses
down and down the steps to town. The house is
available any time, except for high summer , when
rentals are weekly.

The Mason House sleeps 8 -10 iutilizing the queen family room sleeper and living room sleeper with good matresses,
in addition there is an automatic blow up bed on legs.
There are two full baths, kitchen with all amenities
including extras, such as an ice cream maker,
capuccino maker, slow cooker, pop corn maker,.
There is a large dining room with table and chairs.
Included is a washer, dryer, cable TV, vcr/dvd,
telephone, computer hook up, fax machine. Reading
books, shade trees.Central/AC/heat and fans.There
are two wood burning fireplaces.One in the living
room and one in the master suite which also details
a lsitting area with sofa, chairs and work /computer
station.Dining room and kitchen seating.

Victorian sititng garden and a beautiful back yard
view.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with a patio, outdoor
dining, gas stainless grilll, table, lawn furniture, yard
games. Private sitting areas.

Sliding door opens from the master bedroom to the
patio.The master bedroom contains its own private
sitting area with entertainment area and desk and
private full bath.The family room and living room also
have a TV. Enjoy the wood fireplece in season in the
living room. The family room is a favorite with teens
for hanging out and sleeping.

The amenities includes move out cleaning, towels,
linens, shampoo, soap, paper ware condiments,
coffee and more.. Beach chairs and beach towels.,
picnic basket ready for your use at the beach.

Take the only working chain ferry in the midwest to
Oval Beach( voted one of the 10 best in the US)
.Enjoy the day at the beach with its beautiful white
sand, miles and miles of sand dunes( or take a dune
buggy ride), grill , or eat at the beach. Dont forget to
climb Mt.Baldy for a breath taking view.

Walk the longest board walk on Lake Michigan
while enjoying an ice cream from Kilwins. Saugatuck
boast unique upscale shops, gourmet to casual
dining
and a full grocery store.


The family room is the perfect place for teens/ adults
who wish privacy with TV and seperate enterance to
the fenced in yard.

Towels and linins are furnished. We have a shared
inground swiming pool, with only a few families,
Everyone goes to the well known Oval beach. there is easy access to Oval Beach, voted one of the 10 best in the US!


The yard is spacious, private and fenced with a sand
box for children.


Sleeping arrangements include: one king bed in the
master bedroom with private sititng/entertainment
area queen beds in the living room sofa and family room ,double bed in the second bedroom and a queen aero blow up bed. Well behaved pets are welcome with a l pet hair clean up additional charge.


Saugatuck has the only hand cranked chain ferry in
the midwest for access to Oval Beach and within
short walking distance. Saugatuck also boasts the
only soda fountain drug store in the midwest.There
are boat launches, chater fishing, dinner cruises and
water sport rentals , including a Arnold Palmer golf
course, tennis and horse back riding and sand dune
rides.

The full service grocery store is 5 minutes away by
car. the area has so many activities, most within
walking distance of the house. Dont foregt wine
tasting, strolling in the woods and sport equipment
rentals for all 4-seasons. Golf at the premire golf
courses, dune buggy rides, so much to see and do
four seasons.
