| Deposit: $100 deposit ($200 with pets) will be refunded upon return of the key and successful inspection of property. Refunds will be mailed by check within 30 days of check-out. Tax: 8% Cleaning Fee: $30.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations 30 days prior to first night of stay are entitled to full refund (minus deposit). A cancellation always results in the loss of deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to first night of stay are entitled to a dollar amount credit (equal to the amount of the rent paid + cleaning fee) to be applied toward future stays at the cottage (subject to availability).
