LOVELY LAKESIDE ski CHALET, just 75 feet from
water. ( 3 levels-30' wide X 24' deep )

2 High Definition "Blu Ray Disc" players! ( We have
8 entertaining Blu Ray Discs in our library for your
enjoyment!)

3 bedrooms, plus 2 queen sofa beds in family room;
plus bunkroom; 4 baths W/ showers; 3 fireplaces;
Jacuzzi in Master Suite!
Corian sink; dishwasher; Washer-Dryer. Smooth top
stove.
Nicely furnished with European mementos.
In the country, yet only 5 miles from
Cadillac where you will find all you want, including
shopping; fine & budget restaurants, etc. Private
lake assures great fishing!

RATES:
Rent entire chalet ($1495.up to 12 people, for
"6 night weeks".) or, just main & 2nd. floor ($1,295.,
up to 6 people. )

( Weekends available only from Sept.
to mid June.)
Weekends, up to 6 people - $375.
Up to 12 people - $475.00. *
Extra night- $150.00.
$200.00 refundable security deposit required for
all rentals.
* NOTE: Add $40.00 if you use my linens / towels
for 2 night weekend rentals. (No extra charge if you
bring your own linens.)
Verbal reservations non- binding.
Reservation not complete until owner
receives signed rental agreement & deposit.
E MAIL INQUIRIES ARE FASTEST, since I
may not always be able to reply to phone messages
as quickly.

While we do not take credit cards, a simple way
for you to put it on your credit card, is to cash one
of those checks banks often send you for your
deposit. Your deposit will appear on your credit card
statement.

Weekends: Add $150. for 3rd. night. (Thursday or Mon.) Holiday weekends, add $100. Christmas- New Years: Call for rates; "Free Saturday" when renting 2 weeks. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check Deposits: Non refundable, but may be applied to another open date within 12 months at owners discretion, if plans change. $200.00 money order security deposit returned if no damage done. Verbal & e mail reservations are non binding. Written reservation agreement applies once credit card deposit and signed rental agreement received. Lodging Tax: Inc.% Cleaning Fee: 85-150 Cancellations and Refunds: Within 21 days of rental, emergency cancellations will result in a pro rated charge of unpaid balance, but may be applied to a future available rental date within 12 months. Cancellations within 21 days-Renter will be charged 1/3rd. of balance owed; Within 14 days-Charged 2/3rd. of balance; Within 7 days-Renter charged for full balance.(But money charged may be applied to later date, as noted above.) Other Fees: Renters expected to leave chalet clean. Optional cleaning fee. available. Early check in & checkout availble during off-season, no extra charge.
