A hundred feet of private sand beach with sparkling clear Lake Michigan water just outside your door. Cottages are air conditioned, spotlessly clean, have full kitchens, high speed wireless internet and include your own private picnic table and grill. Linens are provided except beach towels. You can bask in the sun on the beach furniture provided, relax in the shade of the huge trees scattered around the property or 'chill' inside and watch cable TV. Bring your laptop as our wireless internet can be used from anywhere on the compound, including down at the beach. Best of all - you have views to die for and you're just 5 minutes away from all the action of downtown Traverse City.

Each cottage is unique in size and layout. Please note all weekly rates will be discounted $250 before 6/30/12 and after 8/17/12.
#1 ($1,249 - sleeps 6) is the largest with 2 bedrooms and a nice lakeside patio for outside dining.
#2 ($1,199 - sleeps 4) our most popular - a ranch hanging over the beach with a private lakeside deck.
#3 ($999 - sleeps 4) is set back from the others 30 feet so it's the most private plus costs less.
#4 ($1,149 - sleeps 4) our chalet has an open loft bedroom, full laundry and a dining deck hanging over the beach.

All are light, bright, cheerfully decorated and super clean. With just four cottages to share amenities with, you have privacy plus all the advantages of your own little house at rates lower than a hotel room! You just cannot find a better value for an 'up north' vacation experience.

Common areas include two huge wood swings to stare at the gorgeous lake from, lots of beach recliners to catch the rays, and a big fire pit right on the sand. For family groups taking more than one cottage, there's a central area with a larger stone grill - the picnic tables can easily be moved there so that everybody can dine together and then walk a few steps away to their own private cottage.

Smoking is permitted outside only. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge with certain restrictions and some basic rules.
