Adorabable Lakefront cottage with 2 bedroom + 2 Large sleeping and living lofts, located steps from the quaint town of Belgrade Lakes. Great golfing, swimming, boating, hiking, local shops, and best fishing on the lake. Cottage has huge flagstone fireplace in livingroom with all new furnishings (tv, cable, dvd player ect, fully equipped gally kitchen w/ new stove and fridge and counter tops and bathroom w/ shower and glassed/screened in porch overlooking waterfall and Lake. Incredible sunsets!! Property is part of a "shared waterfront community" with 350 ft of lakefront, boat slips, fireplace located on waters edge and communal woodshed. Each cottage has there own land, private dock, canoe and gas grill.

Cancellations and Refunds: I need $200 security plus 50% weekly rental within 5 business days of our emailed agreement/confirmation. Need remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. If you should cancell Before the 45 day arrival-all monies will be returned. If cancellation occurs During 45 days prior to arrival-no monies returned unless I Re-rent.
Other Fees: $200 Security deposit returned when cottage returned the way you found it.
