Cancellations and Refunds:
I need $200 security plus 50% weekly rental within 5 business days of our emailed agreement/confirmation. Need remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. If you should cancell Before the 45 day arrival-all monies will be returned. If cancellation occurs During 45 days prior to arrival-no monies returned unless I Re-rent.
