The 1 bedroom Golf Villa rate is for up to four persons maximum. Included in the above rate is check-out maid service. Daily maid service is available upon request at an additional charge. All rates are based upon a 5 night minimum stay (10 night minimum December 23-Jan 2). Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to surcharge. All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax (4.2% General Excise Tax and 7.25% Transient Accommodations Tax) and may be changed without notice. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Discover  American Express Deposits: $600 per each 7 nights booked-Balance due 60 days prior to occupancy Lodging Tax: 11.25% Cancellations and Refunds: Reservation deposits are due within 72 hours of contract or reservation is automatically cancelled. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy. In the event reservations are made less than sixty (60) days prior to occupancy date, then full payment will be due upon receipt of reservation form. If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to occupancy date, then all deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited.
