Nightly rentals - $10 per night per additional person over 4 people. Weekly rentals - $10 per night per additional person over 6 people.

Deposits:
A $200 security deposit is held on your credit card to reserve the reservation. This is only "reserved" on your credit card, not actually charged.
Lodging Tax: 10%
Cleaning Fee: $75.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
The full rental fee is due 10 days before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check or cash. We will give a full refund for cancellation 14 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 7-13 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before the first rental day will forfeit 50% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period.
