Low and high season rates include all dates within that date range except for holidays and summer weeks. Special rates apply for those dates. Tax is 10% of full rental fee and the cleaning fee is $100 and includes draining, sanitizing and re-filling hot tub before every new renter. All rates include any number of guests up to 12 guests.

Deposits:
We do not charge the $200 damage deposit up front, but reserve the right to charge it after your stay if there is property damage or additional cleaning needed.
Lodging Tax: 10%
Cleaning Fee: $100.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
The full rental fee is due 10 days before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check or cash. We will give a full refund for cancellation 14 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 7-13 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before the first rental day will forfeit 50% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period.

We stayed at the Creekside Cabin for 3 nights, and I wished we had 3 more. The cabin has EVERYTHING you need, just stop at the store on the way in, and you wouldn't need to leave for 3 days. Honestly the cabin is womderful! We will be back!

We had wonderful time at your place. This cabin is really something else and has nothing to do with the average vacation rentals out there. You are absolutely right to call this place “luxury cabin”. Very thoughtful design and furnishing and very welcoming. We’ll be back for sure.

We had a small family reunion at Creekside Comfort this past weekend and everyone was wowed by the place.

Creekside Comfort is a beautiful cabin -- well built and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-supplied with everything you need from quality appliances to pots, pans, and dinnerware. There were even plenty of toys for my toddler to play with -- a pleasant surprise -- and the little playground outside was lots of fun.

The creek is right next to the house. Every morning the cows and calves would come right up to it on the other side so you could see them up close. There was plenty of privacy and room to explore outside. While none of us fish, the creek looked like it would be great for that, too.

Sometimes it's hard to tell what a place is really like when you're looking at pictures on a website. But this place really met and even exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back in a heartbeat!
