The house is located 25 minutes south of Sarasota, within easy access to all of Florida’s attractions, and only a five-minute drive to world-class white sandy beaches, bays, keys and islands, shopping, fine dining and I-75 access. Winding roads lined with quaint streetlights, lush landscaping and sidewalks throughout, are just a few of the features that make you feel right at home. Riding a bike among the many trails and pathways, or exercising among the many walkways provides further enjoyment and opportunity to see the wildlife. Sand hill cranes, blue herons, egrets and other wildlife dwell within the natural habitat.

Description:

The house has been furnished to an exceptional standard and offers over 2,400 square feet of air-conditioned comfort.

The kitchen, with a view of the pool, has a large table for eating, playing cards, etc. Outfitted with exceptional quality appliances – Wolfgang Puck cooking pots and pans, mixing bowls, waffle/sandwich/crepe makers, juicer, service for 24, wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs, coolers and ice buckets.

The great room measures a comfortable 20.2’ x 18.8’. Several bamboo trees accent the glass door entry that opens to the great room, which features an overstuffed sofa, chairs with ottomans and armoires (one with TV).

The formal dining room area comfortably seats six and two table leaves can expand to include up to 10. The sideboard features room for serving pieces and there is a wine rack behind one of the center doors, making entertainment easy and delightful. A buffet service is located next to a gorgeous floral arrangement of lily pads and orchids. Above the lily pad is a print of one of Key West’s famous homes.

The master suite has a Jacuzzi-deep tub, walk-in shower and enclosed toilet area. There are two large walk-in closets. Furnishings include a four-poster king bed, two three-drawer night stands, dressing armoire with a Sony Vega TV which has a built-in DVD/CD player, large mirror, four-high drawer dresser, work desk and chair.

The queen bedroom features a queen bed for guests, large closet and dresser and is appointed with the finest bedding and linens.

The twin bedroom has two twin beds and a large four-high drawer dresser.

The den features a quality sofa sleeper with an upgraded mattress. The room features a rattan desk and chair, dresser and bookcase and has golf-themed works of art.

The caged heated swimming pool and spa is inviting year-round. Pool and lawn maintenance is provided.

The gas grill in the enclosed lanai is brand new and includes all necessary utensils so you can cook like a pro.

The laundry room is located off the kitchen has a new washer and dryer and a deep pan wash sink.

There is a Community Center that offers meeting rooms, clubhouse, pool, spa and exercise room.

Nearby schools include Laurel/Nokomis Elementary, Laurel Middle, and Venice High School.
