This unit is located in a tranquil community named “Fiddler's Green”. Our cheerfully decorated townhome provides a pleasant and peaceful place to relax, (No noisy "Spring Break" Parties Here!)
All amenities and comforts of home are included. It is conveniently located halfway between Fort Myers, (50M), and Sarasota,(40M). It is just 12 miles to Venice, and about 14 miles to the Port Charlotte Mall. There is a direct exit off Interstate 75 to Englewood. (Exit 191)
You are just minutes from Cape Haze , Windward, Rotonda West, Don Pedro Island, Manasota Key, South Gulf Cove and “Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World”- Boca Grande.
Bring your own boat if you like, we have room to store it on our property for the length of your stay. (Additional charges or security fee may apply)
Plenty of places to launch the boat for free, or rent a short term boat slip at the many closeby marina's
If golf is your pleasure, you will be pleased to know you will be located right in the middle of at least 6 different golf courses--all within a 5 mile drive, and 12 more up to 15 miles from this location. There are many other activities to enjoy in the immediate area--or take advantage of some of the finest State Parks nearby.
Adding to the scenic views of your unit, you're front lanai, and master suite balcony overlook the largest of the two lakes on the property.
There are also 3 tennis courts, 2 pools with cabana's, an exercise room, gas barbecues, shuffle board, a beauty parlor, a Realtor and a restaurant serving some excellent breakfasts and lunches--all within walking distance right on the premises.
The property is sprawling with mature palm and pine trees. Visit the quaint fishing village nearby where you can shop or rent a party boat to go deep-sea fishing. Buy fresh fish or shrimp at their fish store & prepare your own gourmet meal back at the townhouse. Plenty of bike rentals, power boats, sailboats, and other water crafts available close by. Lovely Englewood Beach is just 10 minutes away. It is one of the best in SW Florida

Take your time to explore the many super luxury condo's that are being built within a 1-mile radius--prices from $200K to $1.5 million (and up.)
