Welcome to Emerald Plams, two bedrooms at P.C.B. Make yourself at home in our townhouse, 47-C Vista Lane within the Horizon South Complex a short walk to the sugar-white sandy beach. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, three queen beds, provides accommodations for six guests and a queen-sleeper sofa provide accommodations for any addtional guests. TVs,DVD, and VCR provide "at home" entertainment after a day at the beach or relaxing. Enjoy any of the four pools (one heated), Jacuzzi hot tub, exercise room, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, Miniature golf, with pool tables in our clubhouse.
Great local restaurants along with nearby shopping at pier park plus a variety of amusements and activities will round out a perfect day at the beach. This lovely townhouse features ground-level access, a complete kitchen, an enclosed private patio, and a full-size Neptune washer and dryer for those large beach towels. It is out of the party scene, perfect for a family! The grounds were wonderful. We played putt-putt and took evening walks. You are not far from Pier Park! (just a short drive) Our 12 year old son had the upper floor to himself, he loved it! I cannot wait to spend time there again. Darrell and Tina were wonderful to work with! I cannot say enough good about this rental. It was a wonderful time, in a wonderful location. It is only a very short walk to the beach. All the fun of the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. I loved it. I just got back from vacation at this condo. It was WONDERFUL! I went there with my 6 year old daughter and a friend, and we all loved the condo. The pictures don't do it justice. The beds were so comfortable. My daughter really loved the bunk beds. The location was great, too. It was a quiet, more family oriented complex, and the beach was a 5 minute walk across the street.
