Pelican's Pride is a lovely one bedroom, two bath condo on the 6th floor of Pelican's Walk on the east end of the world's most beautiful beach. Pelican's Pride is convenient, about a mile away, to the award winning St. Andrews State Park, Emerald Falls amusement park and Capt. Anderson's highly
decorated restaurant and marina. Of course, the main event at Pelican's Pride is the beautiful white beach and crystal clear aquamarine Gulf of Mexico. Jet Ski rentals, parasail rides and even banana boats are available right in front of the resort. Additionally, at Pelican Walk you can choose between hand ball, shuffle board, tennis, whirl pool, dry sauna, a game room and two beach front swimming pools. One is Seasonally heated. There is even a Bay Town Trolly stop in front of the resort. You can ride all the way to Pier Park or Gulf World. With so much to do, you may not even get back in the car until your trip is over.

Pelican's Pride is decorated in cool, tropical colors including green, orange, yellow and mango. The color scheme and contemporary touches including oak cabinets and granite counter tops invoke a special warm and soothing atmosphere. The spacious master bedroom with private bath is furnished with a combination of task and overhead lights plus indirect natural light from the window. Down the hall, convenient to the family room is a second full bath with walk in shower. The family room offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, ample seating, a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and an entertainment center including HD flat screen television. There is a second television in the MBR.

The attractive, intelligently designed kitchen is open to the dining area and family room. Updates have made this a beautiful as well as functional space where cooks can enjoy preparing some of the areas fresh shrimp or other seafood as well as their own favorite recipes. There is a washer and dryer.

With awe inspiring views, morning, noon or night the balcony is the favorite places for most people. Imagine early morning meditation as the dolphin and seagulls begin their day, mid-day alfresco dining or romantic evenings with the moon reflecting on the water to the soothing sound of high tide.
