| Deposit: 1. A departure cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.
2. Optional pool heating is available @ $25.00 per day (one week minimum). Pool heating is recommended November through April.
3. All rates are subject to 12.5% local sales and resort taxes.
4. A $250.00 deposit (or 25% of total for stays of 4 or more weeks) together with signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm your dates. Reservation is not confirmed until your deposit and Rental Agreement are received.
5. Final payment, less the reservation deposit, is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
6. On receipt of full payment, we will send you arrival instructions including directions and check-in details.
7. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.
8. Check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is before 11am on day of departure.
9. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home is not allowed by the local Homeowners Association.
10. Please note that no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your accommodation package. Tax: 12.5% Cleaning Fee: $90.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 1. 12 or more weeks prior to arrival - $50.00 cancellation fee. 2. 8-12 weeks prior to arrival - loss of half of the reservation deposit. 3. 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - loss of reservation deposit. 4. Within 4 weeks of arrival - no refund. 5. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
