· Block paved deck area with table, chairs and loungers, south-facing 26ft x14ft pool that may be heated (at additional cost) during the cooler months. The perfect area for topping up your tan or taking an alfresco meal after a day enjoying the fun of the theme parks!
· Please note doors from the Family Room and Pool Bathroom, which provide access to the pool area, are alarmed to ensure your peace of mind when there are children in your party.

All bedrooms are on the upper floor of the villa – the perfect solution if like our family you have some who prefer to swim early in the morning whilst others wish to lie in! Master Bedroom 1: King size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, cable TV, clock/radio, en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, bath, separate shower cubicle, separate W.C.

Families with young children are welcome to use the kids play area. We stayed at SummerPlace Villa for a 10 day family vacation in January 2011. The Villa is beautiful and in a nice area in a quieter part of Orlando. It is perfectly situated for easy access to Walt Disney World. Magic Kingdom is only about a 15-20 minute drive. Other areas of Orlando such as the Convention Center or Outlets are a mere 30 minute drive which is still very close.
We have a 15 month old child and the Villa was well equiped with a high chair, pack and play, and stroller that made vacationing with a little one very convenient. There is also a small playground in the community area which we enjoyed.
The heated pool was a nice amenity though most days the weather was a little cool for swimming so early in the season. The guest house is close by and has a pool and jacuzzi hot tub which we enjoyed very much.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was even a selection of DVDs for us to enjoy.
We hope to return to this Villa again on another trip to Orlando.

Our family of five had a two week stay in November of 2009. We enjoyed being able to get away from all of the hustle of the tourist traps. Being able to come home and cook a meal (if one wanted to), sleep in seperate rooms and have the use of a private pool were what the "doctor" ordered.

We stayed at the Orlando SummerPlace villa in the High Grove community for a week this January (2010). The villa is spacious, clean, well furnished and conveniently located near many new shopping centers with grocery stores, restaurants and a Walmart.
This was our first trip to Orlando, and we had initially planned to stay at one of Disney resorts or the hotels on route 192, but we were told by friends to try a private house or villa instead. They mentioned how busy and crowded route 192 gets, plus the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping centers versus buying one of the Disney meal plans. We are so glad we took their advice. Also, as the kids were running around the house, around the pool, and spacious bedrooms, we kept imagining how frustrated whey would have been in a hotel room with no room to play.
Also, it was a pleasure working with Viv. She responded to our emails and questions very promptly, and her instructions were clear and accurate. We paid using Paypal and she returned our deposit within one week of leaving Orlando.
This villa will definitely be our first choice the next time we're in Orlando.

7 of us stayed in this fantastic Villa for 2 weeks this oct(2009). There was more than enough space for us and the villa was was lovely throughout. Everything you could want from a holiday can be had this lovely home, its in a lovely quiet gated community and is so close to everything. We highly recommend a stay at this villa and will be rebooking out next trip to florida to stay here again. Look no further for the perfect holiday home because this is the one and the owners are lovely people to deal with too!!!!

We stayed in highgrove for two weeks in june 09,the property was of very high standard,with the added extra of a swimming pool,ideal for those hot/humid days.Superb location,within reach of all the parks within 20 mins drive.Shops/Supermarkets/Restaurants are right on your doorstep.Would highly recommend.Likely to make a return visit to this property.

We stayed for two months this past February and March. It was a nicely decorated home with all the conveniences of home and more.
There were a few problems but the management company was prompt and courteous!
The home is situated so the pool faces south, so lots of sunlight. Sunsets were gorgeous, while you could relax in the pool.
The location was convenient for lots of sightseeing and Disney activities.
We are booking it for next year too.

We stayed at Highgrove over Christmas 2008. The house is beautifully decorated, well equipped, plenty of space and with the added attraction of a private pool and warm weather. Perfect! Would recommend to anyone interested in staying near the theme parks - a great base.
