All the attractions of Central Florida are within easy reach - Disney World is just 10 minutes away, while the Universal Theme Parks, Sea World and International Drive are 25 minutes away.
There is a large Publix Supermarket, a 24-hour McDonalds, a pizzeria and a Walmart Pharmacy 2 miles away and Highway 192 is just an 8 minute drive, offering hundreds of shops and family restaurants.
There are dozens of golf courses within easy reach, including the beautiful championship courses of Champions Gate (designed by Greg Norman) and Reunion (designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus) just 2 minutes away. These are located on the scenic route to Disney through the Old Lake Wilson Preserve on Highway 545
The main walkways throughout the villa are tiled for practicality while both living areas and bedrooms are carpeted for comfort.
Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of space and light throughout the villa and the high ledges with subtle, ornate features add character.
Having two living areas offers the ultimate in flexibility and comfort.
The Great Room is bright, spacious and carpeted. There is a luxurious leather suite with reclining chair, a large TV, DVD and Playstation 2 for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering holiday.
There is a dishwasher, cooker, double fridge freezer, microwave, waste disposal, electric kettle, coffee-maker and blender (for smoothies!) and all kitchen utensils. Child-friendly cutlery and dishes are provided.
In the family room there is a comfortable corner suite where you can enjoy the stunning lake views. The dining table can seat up to eight and a high-chair is provided.
There is a ceiling fan, a TV, a music system and double doors leading out to the covered lanai, deck and large private pool. All doors leading out to the pool are fitted with child-alarms.
The spacious Master Bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a king-size bed. Plenty of storage space is provided including a large vanity unit and a walk-in closet which is fitted with a safety deposit box. A cot is provided for babies and toddlers.
Bedding is provided in all the bedrooms.
Double doors lead out to the pool and deck area.
The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, bath and separate walk-in shower.
The pool is one of the most important factors to consider when choosing a villa. When we visited Florida in August 2006 we viewed 14 villas and this one was the last. When our children saw the pool and deck they all shouted “WOW!”, which sums it up!

What a wonderful home to come back to after a long day on the go. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need there. Great location, close enough to get anywhere quickly and far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Home owners lovely to deal with, property management receptive and friendly, security company professional and responsive. Would highly recommend this home for a wonderful spot to enjoy all the Orlando area has to offer.

We shared this home with another family for the week and loved it. When we walked in we were so impressed with the open feel. It was great to have two seperate living areas, the kids and adults didn't have to be on top of each other. And of course the pool and jaccuzi were wonderful! We would come back again.

The house was great for the whole family. The location is easy to get to, the house is clean and roomy, the pool was warm enough to swim in 60 degree weather, the hot tub was used a lot, and the game room is a great addition. We will go back, the kids loved it.

We've just come back to Wales after spending 19 days at this villa and had a fantastic time. The villa was clean, well maintained and perfect for a family holiday. The dining area, kitchen and utility areas had every modern facility we required making our holiday comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom and ensuite were enormous and all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The security surrounding the pool area was very important to us and we could relax with young children (7 and 4) knowing the alarm and surrounding fence prevented the children from entering there by themselves. It was also a delight to chill out in the pool area with the hot tub and pool side furniture. The area was quiet and easily accesible to the parks. We would advise anyone to visit this villa. The games room and playstation were a big hit on 'Tornado Day' and the pool and hot tub were very welcome after our long days in the parks. The view from the pool is outstanding, the area is so quiet and relaxing, and we loved watching the birds and gekkos from the pool. Sadly we didn't see alligators in the lake but a (well recommended) trip to Boggy Creek soon sorted that out! We just got home from the house about 2 weeks ago. It was absolutely amazing. Everything about the house was amazing but we just loved the fact that it was so kid friendly. One of our main reasons for not staying in a hotel was when the kids went to bed at 8:00, we would have nothing to do, not the case at the house. It was beautiful, comfortable, kid friendly, adult friendly (we just loved the games room), conveniently located to all the parks, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. When the kids went to bed, we turned the baby monitor on, and played in the games room, swam in the pool or soaked in the hot tub. We were already planning our next trip back before we even left! Thank you again to Rhidian and Nicola. You were so helpful and informative and pleasant to deal with. Your management company was very nice and prompt. We can't wait to come back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic villa from October 8th to October 15th. The house was really great from the overall spacious layout and accomodations to the great pool (which illuminated different colors at night) to the hot tub and game room which were a sure treat and big hit with everyone after a long day out. The location of this villa is really great it is in a nice peaceful development but a very short distance to nearby attractions. The dining room was nice and big enough for us all to sit and eat together. We really enjoyed staying at this home and would without any hesiation recommend it to all of our family and friends. No one wanted to leave!!!! We look forward to returning to this outstanding villa on our next trip to Florida. My family stayed at this villa in July 2008 for two weeks and I have to say we were totally impressed with the house, the pool, the location. In fact, everything! My two teenagers loved their rooms, the games room and the pool area. As we also had our 15 month old toddler with us I was initially concerned about safety, but my fears were allayed immediately. The villa is on one floor only so no dangerous stairs to worry about, and even the pool area had a safety gate around the pool so that if someone had accidentally left the patio doors open briefly, there was an additional safety 'net' to stop him from getting too near to the pool. The location is brilliant too. Quite secluded with a lovely outlook. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa on our next visit and to recommend this to our friends & family. The Griffiths family were superb too, not seeming to mind how many questions I asked them beforehand via email, including giving us their helpful & friendly advice.

Hello, I just wanted to write to say this was one of the best rental villas I have ever rented. Everything was nice and clean and exactly as described. Rhidian and Nicola were great with communication and dirrections. The hot tub, game room, and pool were all great and very nice. My kids loved this place so much when I asked if they wanted to return next year, they said yes, but not to disney they want to come back to the villa. We do expect to return again next year, and plan to spend more time relaxing at the villa, and less days at the parks.

we arrived at villa at 8.45pm thurs 22 may after a very long flight, we dumped our bags and headed down to champions gate to the supermarket for the essentials for the morning,we all woke early next day as with time difference we were haveing a day round the pool and going shopping for the fortnight ahead, sat we went to epcot good day not a big park had a down pour of rain for about an hour then sun again,we got badk to the beautiful villa in time for our dayly game of volleyball in the pool,the weather was exstremly hot even at 7.30am it was 80 degrees,the games room was a big hit with the kids and the adult men,the hot tub well what can i say perfect,villa very spacious rooms decorated lovely,everything you could wont from a home from home rhidian/nicola v.friendly.

To Rhidian & Nicolla: My family and I just got home from staying at your Villa. It was the best time we've had in a long time. The home was impeccable and had all the touches of home. There was nothing left out. The jacuzzi was the best, after a long day at the parks. Recently returned from 2 weeks holiday in Rhidian and Nicola's villa and we all absolutely loved it. The villa is much bigger than we anticipated. The swimming pool and games room were great fun. On arriving at the villa we were very surprised at the size, although we had viewed the website on many occasions it was much larger than anticipated. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We made use of all the facilities at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed the large swimming pool and hot tub. Our daughter loved her bedroom and felt very much at home, and we loved the master bedroom. The boys loved the games room and we all had fun playing air hockey!

I was hesitant renting a vacation home online but Rhidian made everything completely stress free. The home was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the house was absolutely gorgeous!! We used the pool and hot tub every day (my husband and two of my kids actually chose to stay home and swim instead of going to the parks!!) The lake view was beautiful. Rhidian gave us a fantastic "back way" to get to the parks that had no traffic and took under 10 min - an easy, pleasant drive. Just got back. We loved your house. There is nothing like relaxing in a nice big comfortable house after a day at the parks. We split every day in half and spent a couple of hours relaxing and resting up before heading out for the evening. The kids loved the pool and game room. One night they insisted on staying home because they were having so much fun. We used the hot tub to relax and rejuvenate our sore muscles almost every day.

Fantastic holiday, wonderful villa - would recommend it to anyone! It was great to be able to put the kids to bed in their own room with all the comforts of home and more - TV with playstation etc. Excellent facilities including a DVD players. FAB private pool, great to relax by in the evenings when the kids are in bed after a long day at Disney!!

The villa was everything we were told and more.The home was very spacious and clean and had anything you needed.We were within 10 minutes of all the Disney parks and pool/spa was super.The kids had a ball in the game room,very cool.The Griffith's get a thumbs up for their helpfulness and great home.Thanks for a dream vacation come true!!!The Lang"s

We've just returned home after our first vacation in the villa and had a great time. We managed to make some improvements to the villa during our stay as well as spending hours in the parks and enjoying the pool and hot-tub!
The double garage has now been converted into a baseball-themed Games Room with an 8ft professional slate pool table, Air Hockey and Foosball. We also added a 20" LCD TV/DVD in the Master Bedroom and a 15" LCD TV in the second (Queen) bedroom.
Rhidian's parents came with us and they thoroughly enjoyed their first visit to Florida. Having two living areas meant that they could enjoy some privacy when they needed it.
We have a busy time ahead with bookings and we hope all our guests enjoy their time in the villa as much as we did.
