Large 2BR/2BA with spectacular ocean view of white sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. We are on the non-driving section of this fabulous beach! (One hour from Disney & Orlando Int Airport)
Our large porch overlooks the ocean and a tropical landscaped courtyard with a view of the ocean front swimming pool. We are on the 3rd floor. Our condo is 1200 square feet.
Our condo has new bamboo flooring&
paint throughout,new doors and trim.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed, TV,VCR & DVD player, with a great ocean view. There is a large master bath with shower.
The guest bedroom features a queen size bed.
Relax in the living room on the leather couch while you watch the waves roll onto the shore. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area.
We have a queen & twin size inflatable mattress,port a crib, booster chair, beach towels and chairs in the unit. We also have two televisions and high speed wireless internet available. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!
Our condo is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. The grounds are beautiful with an oceanfront heated pool (winter months), lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.
We are an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of Florida Monthly Magazine and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay and have requested the unit from her again for next year. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo was beautifully furnished and the view of the ocean and courtyard was priceless. The children loved their room, which was stocked full of games, and ocean toys. My husband and I slept comfortably to the sound of the waves every night! The residents are friendly. The pool is huge and warm. We will come back again (if Sally will have us!)
