Our condo is located on the South Beach (no vehicles) of the Atlantic Ocean in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in the Point East Condominium complex. It features 2 bedrooms with ocean views, 2 full baths, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Both bathrooms were rebuilt in 2011, and the condo was refurbished in the Fall of 2013, featuring an expanded kitchen with additional cabinet and counter space, porcelain tile throughout, new bedding, and kitchen appliances, fresh paint, and lighting. Our condo measures 950 square feet (plus balcony), and is located on the second floor of an 84-unit, three-story complex just two units from the elevator. It is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped to make your stay a most memorable and enjoyable one. We supply all bed and bath linens/towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Free high-speed wireless is available for guest use, so if you need Internet access during your stay, bring the laptop or pad! Our complex includes a full-size heated pool, kiddie pool, covered pavilion, and a shuffleboard court. Elevators and laundry rooms are provided on each floor. It is professionally managed and staffed full-time. Rental is available on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. Several shops, including a convenience store, are within walking distance.
