This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom house with 2300 square feet of living space, is located in the private gated community of Briarwood and offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort! Situated in a cul-de-sac, this lake view home boasts a beautiful private, in-ground heated swimming pool with covered lanai and exquisite Tuscan mural. The pool faces southwest so you can enjoy the sun all day with breathtaking sunsets!



There is a spacious, fully gourmet equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and counter tops, a formal living room overlooking the pool and lanai, dining room, family room with loungers, surround sound audio system, laundry room, and a two-car attached garage. High speed internet access is available.



The home has a split floor design that wraps around the pool and lanai. The master bedroom suite overlooks the pool and offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and private deluxe bedroom. The master bedroom has a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms overlook the lake and have a private entrance to the pool. There is a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom. The second offers a soaking tub with shower. Each bedroom has it's own television with DVD player.
