Ron, your condo is great, we have no problems. The location we consider as one of the best and you have everything we could need for are stay. Even though we have stayed at Park Shore several times this is the first time we have rented directly from the owner. I do have one question for you, we will be sure to leave it clean but we are not sure what to do with the sheets and towels, do you want us to wash them or does a cleaning service take care of them?

We were pleased with the spaciousness of it and how well appointed the kitchen was. It is in a beautiful setting and Naples is a very interesting city with lots going on. Our lake neighbors say it is tarting to "warm" up in the north country. Just to let you know we arrived home safely yesterday, and to say thanks for the call while we were at the Condo, I hope we left it as we found it. We were very pleased with the accomodation and will be looking to see if you have a vacancy probably sometime in early May next year, the only serious snag we had was when the airline decided to send one of our cases to Gran Canaria instead of Florida, so we were a bit short of a few items until it was recovered, but hey, it could have been a lot worse.

We arrived home safely on Thursday and thank God we left on that day because Friday the snowstorm in Philadelphia kept a lot of travelers stranded for some time. We enjoyed our vacation very much in your beautiful condo. Other than what you and Pat discussed when we first arrived, It had everything we needed. You have a perfect location which is very quiet and private and quite comfortable. The weather, of course, couldn't have been better. We left the condo in good condition and the way we found it, and ready for the

Thank you for the prompt return of our $500 deposit.

Once again, we enjoyed our stay at Park Shore. Unit 220 is a nice location with the view of the trees and water. It seemed more private.

As mentioned, a laundry would be a great asset. However, I understand the office is going to install new machines and be responsible for the upkeep. That would eliminate the delay in maintenance. The personnel in the office were very pleasant. Not having rented form a private owner, we didn’t realize it was our responsibility to contact you instead of them if any problems came up.

We love the Naples area and hope to be able to come back next year. Please keep us in mind for next February.

Just thought we would drop a line to say we have just arrived home Sunday morning safe and sound and missing Florida already. We did enjoy our stay in your lovely condo and Park Shore/Naples was just as good as ever. God willing, we are planning a visit to Florida late Oct early Nov this year, so will contact you when we have finalised our plans to see if you have a vacancy around that time.
Just to let you know the only that while we were using the wooden chopping board towards the end of our stay, the board split into two pieces!! We did however buy a suitable new replacement. There were no other problems and left the condo ready for the cleaning ladies as per your instructions.
