Vacation Rental Home Description

This beautiful, three bedroom 2 .5 bath house with 2700 sq ft of living space is located in Crown point East. It has all the ammenities of home! On a cul- de-sac,this home has a gorgeous lakeview from most rooms of the house with it's own in ground private pool and covered lanai. It has a Weber gas grill on the lanai so you can grill out and enjoy the view while relaxing in your vacation home!

The kitchen has been recently refurbished with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. Fully equipped to delight any gormet chef. Florida tile is featured through out the house with the bedrooms newly carpeted.
The home is a split design with the master suite on one side of the house with it's own bathroom and private entrance to the pool. It overlooks the lake. It has new furnishings , flat screen tv, kingsize bed and reading area. The bathroom has a soaking tub and separate shower. The family room , dining room and separate living room are in the center of the home. The living room has a desk and fax machine for those who want to do a little work. The family room has a large flat screen TV and DVD and stereo system. High speed internet is available
There are 2 other bedrooms separated from the rest of the house by a pocket door. They share a bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The bedrooms can be made up with twins or turned into kings they are good size and have TVs in both rooms.One bedroom has an entrance to the pool and overlooks the lake.
There is a washer and dryer off the powder room and 2 car garage.
Our home is professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards.
